Services and inquiries
HelloBulgaria provides information and administrative coordination for Bulgarian documents, translations, citizenship-related documents, apostille, power of attorney, and related requests. Submitting an inquiry does not create a paid engagement or guarantee that any authority will issue a document or approve an application. Any scope, timeline and fees are communicated separately.
SMS messaging terms
HelloBulgaria may offer two separate SMS programs if enabled: (1) promotional texts about special offers, discounts and service updates; and (2) non-marketing texts about document/service inquiries, appointment reminders and requests for additional information. Enrollment in either program is optional and requires an explicit, unchecked-by-default selection on the inquiry form. Consent is not a condition of receiving services or submitting an inquiry.
Opt out and support
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to an SMS from HelloBulgaria. If available, you will receive an opt-out confirmation and no further messages from that program. You may opt back in later through the website form.

Frequency, rates and carriers
Message frequency may vary depending on the service requested and, for marketing messages, the campaign. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent by us and replies you send. Contact your carrier for details about your mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Service information
Official document requirements, deadlines and eligibility decisions depend on the relevant authority and individual circumstances. Do not upload identity documents or sensitive identifiers into the general inquiry form. We can arrange a more appropriate document-handling process when necessary.
